ONLY PAY FOR YOUR TEAM MEMBERS WHO ARE USING BLDR.
You are only charged for actual usage. Every month our app will detect which users were active and which were not. When we detect users that become inactive, they have not accessed the app that month, we will automatically remove their cost from your next month’s bill. So, if no one on your team accesses BLDR then you will only be charged our minimum $20 service fee. We are simply passing along the fees that Amazon and Microsoft charge us to keep your account safe and store your data.

WHAT MAKES AN ACTIVE USER?
BASIC: A unique user who has logged into the app, the web, has a Safety Meeting entry, or was assigned to a Safety Meeting within the billing period.
BASIC EXAMPLE: If Bill conducts a Safety Meeting and assigns 25 unique attendees to that Safety Meeting. We would charge $26 flat for unlimited meetings within the billing period.

PRO: A unique user who has a time entry within the billing period.
PRO EXAMPLE: If Bill creates a time entry for himself & for his crew of 25 users. We would charge $52 flat for unlimited time records within the billing period. Pricing is not additive therefore all Basic features are included for Pro users.

Ultimate: A unique user who has logged into the app, the web, and uses any other features besides Safety Meetings or Timesheets within the billing period.
ULTIMATE EXAMPLE: If Bill accesses any forms outside of Timesheets or Safety Meetings, such as Fleet, Expense Reports, Safety Dashboard, creates a custom form such as an Inspection within the billing period. We would charge $3 for his usage that month. Pricing is not additive therefore all Basic & Pro features are included for Ultimate users.

BILLING PERIOD
Each billing period starts on the 1st day of the month and ends on the last day of the month. We bill each month for the prior month's usage.

MINIMUM FEE
A minimum account fee of $20 per month will be charged to keep your account in service. We are simply passing along the fees that Amazon and Microsoft charge us to keep your account safe and store your data.

SETUP AND INTEGRATION FEES
There is no account setup fee but a minimum $20 maintenance fee will be required to keep your account active. We are simply passing along the fees that Amazon and Microsoft charge us to keep your account safe and store your data.

CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT
You can cancel your account at any time. An account canceled at any point in the billing cycle will be charged for all active users at that time. Even if the account is only one day into the billing cycle. To begin the cancellation process please contact our support team to discuss this or any questions you have via the in-app chat icon.
