BLDR will automatically send email & text message notifications if properly enabled.
Please make sure emails are enabled on a BLDR global level by navigating to Menu>Administration>Settings. On the Basic Options Tab you will see Email/Notification fields which should be set to True if emails should be active for your Company account.
Each user will also need emails to be enabled for their account. These setting can be found by navigating to Menu> Administration>Users>Select Desired User> look for Notifications under the Phone number field & verify that it is set to Email or Email & Text.
By design only select forms have default notifications enabled which can be identified by the presence of a Reminder Recurrence field. For example: take a look at the Tasks form.
If a form does not have a Reminder Recurrence field. One can be added using the drag and drop App/Form Builder.
Currently the Reminder Recurrence field supports a few different options.
Create Only - Notification sent only when a new record is created and saved.
Create & Update - Notification is sent when a record is newly created & on every update to the record.
Daily - Notification is sent when a record is newly created & on every update to the record in addition to daily at 8:00AM.
Weekly - Notification is sent when a record is newly created & on every update to the record in addition to weekly Mondays at 8:00AM.
