Location services must be enabled for BLDR on your mobile device in order for Geo Location controls in mobile forms to acquire location information.
Enable Location Services
Access your iOS Settings through the gray gear icon on your home screen.
Select Privacy.
On the following screen, tap on Location Services.
Ensure the Location Services switch is "on."
Find BLDR in your list of Apps, and ensure the switch for BLDR is "on" as well.
